Meet Laura

Hello! My name is Laura Brooks Stevenson and I’m a Glaswegian landscape architect and artist. 

I studied Architecture at the Glasgow School of Art for 5 years before graduating in 2022 with a Diploma of Architecture. Since then, I have made the slight detour from designing buildings to designing gardens!

I worked for a landscape architecture office in Glasgow for 2.5 years before leaving to seek out my own opportunities earlier this year (2026). 

Working primarily in urban areas, I like to think of gardens as another room of the house - no matter how small the space may be. I like to approach every design with creativity and respect for the natural environment.
